At Alice E Creatives, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below, which applies to items purchased directly from us.
Return Eligibility
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Conditions for Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at alice.e.creatives@gmail.com to obtain the return address and further instructions.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
